  • Subscription: Access to services provided on a recurring payment basis.

    Terms and Conditions (Terms): These terms that constitute the agreement between you and the company regarding service usage.

  • Third-party Social Media Service: Any external content or services integrated with Agency CRM tools.

  • You: The individual or entity accessing the services.

Acknowledgement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Agency CRM services and establish the agreement between you and the company. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access the services.

Your use of Agency CRM services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and manage your personal information.

Subscriptions

Subscription Period

Services may require a paid subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or otherwise, depending on your selected plan). Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew under the same terms at the end of each billing period.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting us directly. No refunds will be issued for the current subscription period, and access will continue until the billing cycle ends.

Fee Changes

Subscription fees may change at the discretion of the company. You will be notified of any fee changes with sufficient time to cancel your subscription if needed.

Billing

You agree to provide accurate billing information and maintain valid payment methods. Failure to maintain up-to-date billing details may result in suspension of services.

Refund Policy

Fees for subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

User Accounts

Creating an account requires accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify Agency CRM immediately of any unauthorised access.

Prohibited Usage

Sending spam or unauthorised communications via Agency CRM tools. Misusing email and communication features for non-compliant marketing activities. Violations may result in account termination or suspension.

Free Trials

Agency CRM may offer free trials. Free trials are time-limited and may require billing details upon registration. Unless cancelled, the trial transitions into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.

Limitation of Liability

The company’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you during the past 12 months. The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Amendments to Terms

The company may revise these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes.
